CanLit — so why not CanCrit? I’m a Canadian graduate student in music history and cultural studies, currently living in the USA. What do I mean by “Canadian perspective”? I mean that my perspective is a Canadian one — but I don’t pretend to be sure of what that really suggests. Canadian issues won’t be foregrounded in all, or even most, of my posts, but they’ll always be written by Canadian me.
